Return Policy

We offer 14-day returns from the delivery date (this matches the statutory right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive). Items must be returned unused in the original packaging.

1. Email shop@enequi.com with your order number and return reason.
2. You receive a return label within one business day.
3. Drop the package at your local carrier point.
4. We refund within 14 days after receiving and approving the return.

Made-to-order items, sealed products opened for hygiene/safety reasons, and initiated digital downloads cannot be returned.

For withdrawals, the customer pays return shipping. If the item is defective or we made an error, we cover the full cost.

Report defects within a reasonable time. EU consumer law gives you up to 3 years of warranty against defects.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
