What does ENEQUI do?
Answer: ENEQUI is a Swedish developer and provider of intelligent solutions for energy optimization in private and commercial properties. Our intelligence to optimize the production and use of electricity in your property, QuiPower, is based on decades of industry experience and a commitment to give property owners automatic control over their energy supply – thus contributing to a profitable and hassle-free transition to clean and environmentally friendly energy. Is ENEQUI a Swedish company?
Answer: Yes, ENEQUI is a Swedish company, all development takes place in Sweden with sales and support offices in Stockholm and Mölndal.
How are ENEQUI’s products different from the competition?
Answer: QuiPower is not another app. ENEQUI has many years of experience in energy optimization in buildings, battery storage and electrical installations. Core powered by QuiPower is the brain that creates intelligent energy optimization in your property.
Many of the battery storage systems on the market today lack intelligent control. This simply means that the battery is charged when the sun shines, and discharges when energy is consumed in the property. With our patented control – QuiPower, storage and energy optimization is automated so that it becomes both profitable and easy. What is the QuiPower app?
Answer: The QuiPower app is linked to your installed Core. It is in the app that you can see the visualization of your electricity control, change certain settings and manage various additional services, such as support services, your electric car or electric car charger.
How much does the QuiPower app cost?
Answer: It is free to download QuiPower app in your phone. To access the control of your Core, you need to download the QuiPOwer app and activate a Smart Saver subscription, this is easily done in the app under Settings.

ENEQUI Core
What is ENEQUI Core?
Answer: ENEQUI Core is the hardware that connects to your inverter. ENEQUI Core controls your connected devices in the home and optimizes your energy consumption by buying and selling electricity at the right times and smoothing consumption to avoid power peaks. If batteries are present in the installation, there is the possibility to join Ancillary Services to further monetize your battery.

What are the benefits of ENEQUI Core?
Answer: By installing a Core to your energy system, you will reduce your electricity costs and maximize your earnings if you choose to participate in the ancillary services market. We focus on finding the smartest and most efficient ways to reduce your building’s energy use and costs. ENEQUI Core automatically reduces your spending every day, month after month, with ever-improving accuracy – so you can save more without hassle.
Which loads govern ENEQUI Core?
Answer: ENEQUI Core can in principle control all loads in a property. In some cases, it may be necessary to add QuiPower Node that works together with your Core.
Can I connect my electric car or electric car charger to ENEQUI Core?
Answer: Yes, you can connect to either the electric car or the electric car charger. You do this in the QuiPower app.
Can I connect heating and cooling systems?
Answer: Yes, you can connect heating and cooling systems, you do this in the QuiPower app.
How long is the learning curve for a newly installed Core?
Answer: A newly installed Core needs about 7 days before it has learned the pattern of your household.
What are the dimensions of an ENEQUI Core?
Answer: The dimensions of the hardware that plugs into your inverter are width: 88 mm, length 112 mm, height 33 mm.
How does ENEQUI Core optimize my system?
Answer: The system always starts with the most important thing: safety and security. It then focuses on generating revenue through ancillary services in conjunction with energy savings – whichever is most profitable each hour. The next step is to avoid power hours and cut power peaks. The system also uses electricity price arbitrage by buying electricity when prices are low and selling or using electricity when prices are high. It then plans how to use your self-generated solar electricity to maximize savings, and finally optimizes electric vehicle charging and heat production to minimize costs.

Is Smart Saver Subscription mandatory?
Answer: Yes, an active Smart Saver subscription is required for your ENEQUI Core to work. The service costs 69 SEK/month.
What does the Smart Saver subscription cost?
Answer: The Smart Saver subscription costs 69 SEK/month.
How do I pay for Smart Saver?
Answer: You activate your subscription in the app under settings – my subscriptions. Select the steps and register a payment card. If you are on the support services market, 69 SEK will be deducted from your payment of the amount earned from support services.
What is included in the Smart Saver subscription?
Answer: The Smart Saver subscription is required for your Core to control and optimize your system.

Answer: ENEQUI Core is easily installed via 3 steps, as an installer you will find more information and instructions under the Installer page on our website.

Support services (FCR)
What are support services (FCR)?
Answer: Ancillary services or frequency balancing (FCR) means that the battery you have at home for energy storage can be used by Svenska Kraftnät to balance the electricity grid when needed.
How do I connect to support services?
Answer: You can sign up for support services in the QuiPower app. At the bottom of the landing page in the app under ‘Enhancement opportunities’, you can read more about support services and sign up.
How much compensation can I expect?
Answer: The amount of your compensation depends on how much storage capacity you have and how often you want to make the battery available for support services. It also depends on how great the need for support is at Svenska Kraftnät and how often your particular battery “wins” in the bids. The compensation per month can vary greatly depending on the season.
What is a balance responsible party (BRP)?
Answer: The Balance Responsible Party (BRP) is a fundamental function in the power system. BRP means the party that has commercial and planning responsibility for ensuring that there is a balance between the supply and withdrawal of electricity in the power system at the point where the party has balance responsibility.
How do I access my allowance?
Answer: Your reimbursement for support services will be paid by ENEQUI.
Do I have to change my electricity contract?
Answer: In order to participate in the support services market, you must have Bixia as your BRP. In some cases, this may mean that you need to change your electricity trading contract.
